STEP 1

The fire exinguisher is discharged into SUPERKAN, the pressure is vented and dissipated out the top (through the filter system). All the chemical remains in the SUPERKAN. Cartridge type extinguishers must first be pressurized. This is accomplished by using a special adapter available from SUPERKAN. Pressurize cartidge extinguisher with available nitrogen source, saving the cartridge itself. The discharge is then made in the same manner as with the stored pressure extinguisher.

 

STEP 2

To return the chemical to the fire extinguisher, invert the SUPERKAN on top of the fire extinguisher.The chemical is processed through specially developed agitation chambers. All the chemical is then returned to the fire extinguisher in a rejuvenated, fluffy condition. This is accomplished very quickly and without contamination or loss of chemical fines. The service people also stay clean.
